★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place to send two mails to USA. The employee was courteous and helped me send the mails. I didn't have any spare envelops with me but the employee loaned me two envelopes for a nominal rate. Wanted tracking to be included in the mail and it was also done without any issues. Thank you for the wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best post office employees ever. Last night the guy there, not sure what his name is, has a light beard helped a lot to send my package the cheapest way. The post office was busy but he was multitasking helping me and serving other customer in a meantime while I was packing my stuff or filling up the form. He was very friendly, efficient and fast. Honestly I am buying him a gift card next time.

But unfortunately one of member who is a middle age lady and has Chinese accent might need some kind of trainings of customer service.
Her way of saying is a kind of tricky and sounds quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a small business, I’m always at Canada Post shipping out parcels.
I’ve tried many locations but the staff at this location are extremely fast and efficient even when there’s always a line up here during peak times. Every single Canada Post staff member here is professional and patient when you need to ask them a question.
They don’t overcharge packages and usually provides a solution for you to save money unlike some Canada Post outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You require luck to go to this place, most of the staffs are very nice, but there is an Asian girl with a bad attitude. I went there at around 4pm on Dec 12, 2021 and she works there. It was a really bad experience with her, she was also treating other customers with a bad attitude. There is a gentleman that works beside her at another computer who is very nice. hopefully next time I won't be helped by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the Post Office at this location often, staff are generally nice and processed packages quickly. The only thing I don't like is the long lineup's but that's not really their fault although sometimes they seemed short staffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here often and people are generally nice to deal with. However, seems to have a high turnover rate in staff retention as they seem to be training new employees very often? Also, they should have at least 2 postal staff working during weekend as I sometimes have to wait in long line-up's.
