★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not suggest this dealer for shipping to USA or long distance as we have shipped our items including some kitchen items. Inspite of knowing there are items like instant pot and delicate items which need to be handled with care they have not mentioned fragile on the shipment. The shipping company has shipped the packages thinking that there are only clothes. By the time we received the package the box was almost torn and the items inside totally damaged. When called the owner says it is us who packed and they dont take any responsibility of the damage. Whoever packed the boxes the dealer is responsible to mention if the boxes need to be handled carefully atleast to transport the boxes placing upright to the transporting company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to these guys saying they are the best… we spoke to them and they were more than ready to deliver the packages on a requested date. We gave the boxes on the agreed date and they made us wait for more than an hour and then weighing the boxes and asking us to put the stuff back in another box. At the end they delivered the boxes way early than the agreed date.When u cannot do something simply don’t commit to it.pathetic service.
Update:thanks for the disgusting service all the items inside the boxes are broken giving me a loss of more than 200$. One word u guys are cheap.
Thanks for cutting the call on our faces and telling that its not ur responsibility. Then why charge an whooping amount for this dirty service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. I had to mail a tree at the last minute and didn't have the right size box. I called the Packing depot after seeing the reviews online. The owner told me to bring the tree and he will help me pack it. Once I got there the owner found a box for me. He was very helpful and patience with me. Also he has a very good sense of humor even after my tree made a mess all over his floor with the dirt and water. If you are looking for good customer service and affordable prices check out this place
