A	Alexey Samuilov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with the service of this UPS store / branch. Today I visited this branch and I hope that I will neve ever come again to this place. The not young lady to whom I spoke with absolutely doesn't know what does the Customer Service mean. She did not listen to my question. Maybe I was an exception for her, but she was a very, very rude in communication with me. All I needed was an answer to my question about the package! And that's all! But instead of that I had to listen her complain about her hard and thankless job with annoying customers who constantly need answers. All customers who were in the store now know that she worked (or spent) five years on this hard and abnormal workplace! Of course, we sympathize with her in this, but maybe it would be better to redirect this sad story to her supervisor or manager? I fully understand that Customer Service is hard work and I absolutely agree that any work can not be pleasant all the time . But this is her decision to work there. I suppose that Customers don't need to know that they are bad and annoying! Unfortunately, I did not get answer to my question, but I received a lot of emotions from this "nice" lady - staff of this UPS Store. I am very dissatisfied with this kind of service and would not recommend to use the service at this UPS store.

They go out of their way to make it difficult to pick up a package quoting policy and not being able to pick up until the next day. Tracking and text notifications both say it is ready but they refuse to get it from the back. They are rude and it appears take some pleasure in making everyone wait as there were 4 people In the store and no one was able to pick up their packages. Shame on you UPS. Avoid this location.
D	Dwight Schrute on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright, this is a review on policy here, having defended this location multiples times, even in person, when someone was being belligerent to the staff, I stood up for them, told the customer to leave. This time, my wife went in to pick up a package, her drivers license is being renewed, so she does not have a updated ID with her latest address. But, she had the slip UPS left behind, her name matches the label and slip. What’s the problem? They decided that it’s not good enough, the address has to match. They policed the situation, made her show proof she made the purchase and what the item was. You’re not the police, you’re an basic underpaid UPS worker. My advise? Stop making your job more difficult for yourself, this is the reason why you get so many upset customers, try to understand their situation. People are not going to get a fake BC ID with an uncommon name just to steal an random package in there after stealing the pickup slip. Such a shame, I really can’t be defending this location any longer when they make work harder for themselves.
d	daniel vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location around. The staff is so friendly and understanding and cooperative. The lady helped me with all my services in a quick and timely manner. Had a couple RUDE customers come in while I was there and that really hurt to see people be rude to someone who is trying there best to help you. Being unreasonable is not an emergency for them. Will definitely be going back here again. ?
D	Dan F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the drive didn’t attempt delivery. No notice was left and I was home all day. Buzz code was included on the delivery address but lazy drive didn’t bother. Package just went straight to the depot. The staff at this location is a joke. Rude and slow. They don’t care about your package or experience at all. I wish you all get fired.

One of the staff put my parcel into a very big box and she said I need to pay extra 8$ for the box that I really did not need, after I mentioned I don’t need the big box she start behaving so rude. I asked for other options and she started to not answering my questions, I asked why are you behaving like this, she said I am sick, I told to her if you are sick you should probably take a sick day. After this, she refused to give me service. I went to another UPS location and I could send my package without any extra cost. Please, to support those who provide honest and respectful service, do not take your business here. This will helps those who deserve it grow and keep the community healthy.

Maybe I should just change my home address to this UPS store and forget about the drivers who I can 100% expect not to deliver packages directly to my home?!

I came in with 30 minutes until closing, and I needed to get my package sent out same day due to the long weekend beginning the following day. The lovely lady at the counter walked me through the whole forms process whilst trying to simultaneously send two other packages. She also asked the truck drivers to wait an extra 10 minutes past closing so that my package would make it out on the truck that day. Even after all of that she thanked ME for my patience even though she went above and beyond to make a difference and help me out. 10/10 would recommend UPS Store #9.
