★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to both locations and am extremely happy with their service and quality of work. Ben the owner at the Kingsway location is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would not go to any other print shop in town other than Burnaby print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely do not recommend this place, stay away from there. In order to take a printout, I plugged the usb into the computer and got the printout in less than a minute and they charged me for ten minutes of using the computer. And only one black white paper cost me 1.45$ which is totally rip off. And I said it was to rip off the customer and I objected and the owner came out from behind the counter and walked over me. Definitely stay away from this shop!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually not even one single star if I can rate it. The owner runs his business in a very dirty way. The computer has only a setting of Quick Print, when you click it, it will print the whole file immediately without giving you the option to select how many pages actually you want to print, then charge you for the full amount. Never go there again.

He has watched my business grow and is always there to ensure my needs have been met from business cards to flyers, seminar book printing and binding! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to take a moment to write about this business; The owner is super knowledgeable about the printing business. He is very fast in designing and preparing the orders. I had some business cards and flyers for my new business. Not only he prepared them just like the way I wanted them to be, also he delivered them to my place for no charge.
I have noticed some customer are complaining about this business charging for using their computers!! I have been to other businesses including "Staples", they all charge per minute, and if it is Full serve, Staples will charge you extra. I highly recommend Burnaby Print LTD. for all your printing inquiries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this print shop I only printed two single pages. I used the computer to access my email to print. When I went to pay there was a fee for using the computer for two minutes. Today I asked if I could email them the pdf file to avoid the fee for using the computer. I printed one single black and white sheet of paper. They tried to charge me for the fee again. I explained I didn't use the computer so I shouldn't be charged the fee. The owner ripped up my paper and told me to go somewhere else because I refused to pay the extra fee for a service I didn't use. I looked at the pricing up on the wall and didn't see the fee posted anywhere. For mass printing for businesses I'm sure they're great. For single copies of paper you're better off going to the library.
