★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eyebrows "microbladed" here. Worst decision of my life. Red flag #1 was they didn't even have a portfolio, there were no examples of before and after pictures. Red flag #2 was how stingy they were with their materials, refusing to do a touch-up for free (like every other place because you don't know how well your skin reacts to tattoos) because they would need to open up another needle / tool.
In the end, my eyebrows turned out very uneven, one was higher than the other, and the pigments were also uneven. The lines don't look like hairs, but rather poorly drawn lines by a thin eyeliner.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. It may seem reputable since it's a store in a mall but don't fall for it. There are also lots of pictures of the owner with many HK celebrities but it has nothing to do with her skill level in permanent makeup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got injured on the face by broken glass when I was a child, and I have been going to Lin Palace Beauty Spa for years mainly for the skin polish treatment, the treatment went quick and relatively painless because Carol was chatting it up the whole time and keeping me distracted. Now my scar is almost invisible! Thanks for doing such an incredible job!

Carol was very friendly and patient, and explained about the process, costs, and after care to me. Great service, professional advice - I already booked my next visit with her to follow up!

Not only does she have the warmest and the most inviting personality, she is very talented and knowledgeable in what she does. Lin Spa has been a must go place every time I visit Van from Seattle for my dark spot removal and the facials are top notch and so relaxing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very close to my home. I've walked past it many times before, and have heard many good things about it. Last week, I finally decide to give Lin Palace a try and booked my first appointment. I'm so glad I did! I did the Black Diamond Lifting Facial, and it felt so comfortable. My skin looks good, too. Will definitely try other treatments in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got some freckles on my face from my gene, and I was not so confident in front of people since elementary school, my friend advised me of this beauty spa and to get rid of them. As she did her eyebrow and hair removal in Lin Palace Beauty Spa, and she was impressed by Carol, the owner, which is professional and helpful. I was just trying to see if it can really help or not, but the result was obvious. Carol is really nice and the place was relaxing while only a nap time that I didn't realize time passed by. I highly recommend this store because it really works, I got rid of my freckles and I am feeling much more confident than before. If you really want to get some job done, you should choose this beauty spa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Carol, is extremely rude and hangs up on her customers. Her mole removals certainly didn't work and she refused to give me a refund, and would just challenge me rudely. No point going there for mole removals as I just found out that a dermatologist does them for FREE! And he or she will do it much better than Carol because Carol doesn't know how to get them off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very rude. First time of visit they refused me to go inside and said that appointment only. And I phoned them after home, first two calls no one pick up the phone, the third one they call backed and said no acceptation for new customer.
It seems that they don’t want new customer ! Just leave their alone!
