While checking out today afternoon, the cashier did not even remind me as a customer to select best suitable payment option I 'd want to go for to pay for my item. Basically, instead of requiring to ask the customer first before ring her till machine, she just ignored asking the customer that essential question as necessary to give the customer a chance to respond in the first place. As a matter of fact, I was wanting to pay by a credit card but regardless, she saw I have a few coupons stored in my London drugs membership account and she just selected on my behalf without first notifying me whether I 'd like to pay by coupons or any other payment methods ! Even worse, she then continued to use my coupons to write off the amount of the grand total without needing letting me know first when actually that's not my preferred method of payment since such kind of customer service is considered to be very basic after all. Aside from that, this London drugs location is the one I've been shopping with for more than 12 years. Anyhow, very unpleasant and unacceptable customer service for sure !

The photo lab staffs are very professional and patient. That's the reason we always place order with them. Their manager, Sky helped us to rush our photo album order in time to meet my Dad's birthday. His customer service was beyond our expectation. It's very grateful for London Drugs to have such professional people working with care.

5 juumon points ~ This place is right next to my dentist, sometimes I come here for chocolates or squish mellow hunting! Sometimes I can find rare ones here which is really nice! I think it’s just a little hidden gem for plush hunters but besides that it’s a little small and it feels cramped compares to other men and drugs I visit but you can’t beat convenience and squish mellows ? Thank you have a good night!

The worst pharmacy ever. The front line staff don’t know how to search their own portal. Have had so many problems with them. They entered my insurance information wrong and often can’t fill my prescriptions on time.

While this location has an exceptional general department and team, I've had the misfortune of getting prescription refills from the pharmacy. On 2/3 occasions they've confirmed orders and provided me pickup dates; only to tell me on said dates that my orders were never received, processed or placedβ€”wasting my time and depriving me of daily medication for more than a week each time. They keep no notes or call records for accountability, which has conveniently allowed at least 1 highly confused and inept female pharmacist to provide me false order confirmations and pickup dates, and even recommending me to transfer my prescription elsewhere. It is only due to me calling to confirm my medication is ready for pickup that these discrepancies were identified. I'm baffled how such oversight can exist at a pharmacy, let alone persist at this rate. I'm taking the pharmacist's advice and transferring my prescription elsewhere.

I am a frequent customer here since I live around the area. Over the years, it’s been a hit and miss situation with the staff from pharmacy to cashiers to the customer service ladies. In the pharmacy, the older lady, caucasian ( not sure if she’s still there) is always rude to me. She seems angry all the time and even when one time during one time, one of the customers was berating at me when my 5 year old child was with me. She acted like nothing was going on and she was talking friendly to the rude lady behind me. I also witnessed some occasion that she’s rude to some patients, especially when she was to repeat her question. The older staffs that have been working at the store (merchandisers, cashiers) are polite and friendly. Just that on occasion, the younger lady at the customer service lately and sometimes she goes to the cashier aisle is quite rude. She’s acting like I am bothering her whenever I come to her station. I am not a talker person but I smile and say thank you and all that. I don’t need to have a conversation but a little acknowledgement can go a long way. Also, sometimes there is a long line up on one cashier then the staffs would get tensed and they started talking on their radios and then telling their customers about things going on between staff. It can be awkward sometimes when as a customer you hear disagreements between staffs. Lastly, one time I ordered online, they gave me a wrong item. Good thing I checked before I left the store. This London Drugs is a great one stop shop for everything. But I think, they need a little help with their customer service area. The staffs sometimes looked very tensed or overworked. Like I said, I was a frequent shopper but now, I only go there to pick up meds because of the things I saw and experienced.

Witnessed a shop lifter got beaten up by an employee for stealing some biscuits. I felt so bad for the guy. Not trying to justify his action but I was surprised by the employee’s behaviour. I guess there are a lot of shop lifters in this location by the judge of employees look and behaviour. I was carrying a real flower pot which I bought from outside and the cashier asked me did you get it from outside? What kind of a question is that? I don’t even work here and I know London drugs don’t carry real flowers. That was my last trip there. Very disappointing!

Once I came into London Drugs, he greeted nicely which made me promptly feel so welcome. And It took over a while to find something that I wanted to buy, eventually I asked him where it was and He tried to find creams for me. I really appreciated his professional, perfect, and nice customer service. I will visit this branch whenever i need to go to London Drugs. He was working 21:00 in the evening on Feb, 23rd . And his employee number is 207** that was written on my receipt. Thank you for your help again !
