★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I retained James and YesAV to help me realize my mother’s funeral during the Public Health Order restricting attendees to 10. It was an early decision I had to make because one of my siblings couldn’t attend in person and I felt it was important for them to be there, at least virtually. It then also became apparent that, despite the truly commendable work of the funeral home, they hadn’t really adapted to the current sad and isolating restrictions imposed on in-person funerals. James was professional from the very first call. He listened to my vision of the funeral, described clearly the services he could offer and worked with me closely in the planning stage to deliver a beautiful and emotionally engaging experience in the chapel and for the home viewers. He was able to bring in two live speakers with HD quality images and near perfect sound. He worked hard, was always available and responsive, and instilled a high degree of confidence in me in the lead up to the event. The outcome was a high quality, aesthetic and touching funeral. We’ve received many compliments - 87 Live-streamed and over 140 views the following day. He edited the event and then provided me with a polished copy for our family to cherish. I am very grateful to him and would recommend him fully.

James handled the whole event in a very professional and efficient manner, going above and beyond what we would normally expect our AV tech to cover. Without a doubt, our event would not have been the success it was without James' expertise. We would highly recommend his services!

I wanted it to perfect, not only to honour him properly, but also because there were many people around the globe that would not be able to attend the service. I was anxious as I heard many horror stories from different people about the unpredictable quality of live-streaming.
I needn’t have worried. James was very professional from the start. He takes great pride in his work and pays meticulous attention to detail, which results in a very high quality production.
I couldn’t be happier with the livestream he did for us, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend YES AUDIO VISUAL to anyone who wants to livestream an event stress free.

There were so many people that the church we had originally booked with was too small and were able to find larger one. James helped to post the new information by putting it on the waiting page for the event. He took extra time to make sure that everything was perfect. The people who did join via live stream said that it felt like they were in the room with us.Thank you so much James.Very professional and excellent quality video.
