โ โ โ โ โ Purchased an Aorus RTX 3060 card and was extremely disappointed about the customer service. The employee who finalized my online order was very rude, curt and seemed more interested of getting me out of the store than helping me. I asked questions about the return policy, if there was anything else within the same range in stock and other common questions when purchasing an expensive item but all of her replies were unpleasant, annoyed and made it seem like I was wasting her time.
There was very few customers in at the time and the other employees were in no rush what so ever. I almost asked to be helped by someone else but did not want to escalate the situation. I would never recommend anyone to shop at this store, it ruined my experience and excitement of finally purchasing a graphics card that I have long waited for.

โ โ โ โ โ Over the course of a few weeks I've put three computers together and had to make purchases at a few different places to get the specific parts I want. After dealing with another computer & electronics shop (which will remain nameless), I really regret not ordering everything from this Memory Express. Returns, refunds, upgrades, all quick and easy here. One staff member in particular, John, has been an absolute champ not only with service, but recommending parts and troubleshooting as well... dude seriously knows his stuff. Great prices, savvy staff, excellent return policies; if you CAN buy it here, you SHOULD buy it here.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent location as they always have what I needed in stock. Efficient salespeople as I donโt have to wait very long to make a purchase. They have a 2 week price protection that works. Ample free time limited parking available. The online website doesnโt allow to place an order for store pick up. However calling the store they were able to put item on hold for pickup within 24 hours. Free shipping from online store was handy for large gaming chair

โ โ โ โ โ A large facility with an equally large inventory. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their online catalog is always up to date as far as the availability of merchandise. My only complaint is that they seem to wait until something is completely sold out before getting more in.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been buying computer parts and hardware for over thirty years and I have never had an experience as good as this one. I built a gaming rig online and went in to Memory Express and spoke to Benny. The guy was a amazing! He walked me through the whole process, explained everything to me, identified some of the parts that wouldnโt work in the build I was looking for and saved me a ton of money down the road.
If you want to get looked after well, and be confident in the advice you are getting, go in and see Benny. I would 100% recommend him. I will be returning to this location for my future needs!

โ โ โ โ โ Great store! Friendly and professional employees with a keen eye for customer service. Got my first high-end PC built and had little to no issues, parts were picked out with care and within my budget I presented plus all the wiring in the inside was amazingly organized.
Would highly recommend Memory Express to any avid gamers looking to buy and or build a gaming PC of their own! 5/5 stars would buy from here again.

I cannot get into details about what they helped me with all I can say is that absolutely no big box stores would have ever allowed it and I won't say what it was all I can say is this store has a heart so please guys let's support our local businesses. I assure you as 1 human being trying to do good for the next that you will not be unsatisfied with them here. Also for any special requests or if you need help the name of the manager is Alex, we'll atleast the manager that helped me get out of a sticky situation I got myself in.
I really wish there was an option for like a mini bonus star because these guys deserve 5 stars.
