โ โ โ โ โ Female guard at royal bank at 102 & King George very unprofessional and distracted outside on phone went I went in and ear buds in by bank machines when I left. Not paying attention to anyone, shouldn't be working there.

โ โ โ โ โ Securitas Canada (the one in Kingsway Burnaby) terminated my poor (old) dad without any cause! They did not pay him any final wages/salary and even humiliated him infront of other people. Iโve heard from other people and guards that they do terminate a lot because of poor management and high politics.
Do not waste your effort working for them! They do not put value on their employees!

โ โ โ โ โ Rotten company to work for. Showed favoritism over performance. Low industry wages. Will defend & condone mediocre supervisors. Huge employee turnover & often not able to cover shifts with proper manpower. Good riddence.

Your better off considering another security company as this medicore company doesnt cut the grade.

โ โ โ โ โ good company but management is very poor. Managers playing flavorist cards. Managers will promote only their family members or known no matter how best you are. Work hard but no reward from management. if you are working last 4 or 5 years but if someone manager know no matter how new in company will be promoted. Western Canada is mismanaged.
