★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but a good experience with this store. Derek is very professional and would give you the best option for your computer repair needs. I have been told by many stores that my laptop isn't repairable anymore and would need to buy a new one. Derek suggested otherwise, and true enough, my laptop is working perfectly fine right now. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a reliable and honest computer repair shop.

Derek is very professional and is very knowledgeable about his work so he's definitely a trustable and reliable person. Lastly, he charges his customers at a fair and reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Kingsway Computers for any sort of computer/laptop problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My SSD qas damaged and I went to big retailers to fix and they were charging me a lot but I found this shop on google and he fixed it in couple of days with minimal charges. He is very transparent and professional he kept me posted for everything. I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spilled liquid on my laptop and it wouldn't start, but they had it up and running again in no time. Reasonable price, great service...I highly recommend. Some of my past experiences with other computer repair spots weren't great re: being ripped off, so it's nice to see there are still honest places out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PC was broken and in dire need of an upgrade. Although Derek wasn't there when I took it in, he called me that afternoon and already had it fixed. We then spoke about upgrades (motherboard, PCU, RAM, SSD) and he got them ordered immediately. Called me again the following evening to tell me it was ready! I was expecting it to be there a week or so but he had it turned around within 36hrs and was incredibly reasonable with the price! Service could not have been better.

Derek was so easy to deal with and was excellent in diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem efficiently. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my laptop in and Derek was extremely efficient at diagnosing it and he was very considerate and patient while he explained my options. I had spilled fluid on my keyboard and the keys that were stuck were repeating endlessly when they heated. Derek resolved the issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The pricing was very fair and I will not hesitate to return for repairs or advice. I highly recommend Derek and this business. 5 stars.

Derek diagnosed the problem and resolved it within the same day at an affordable price. We found Derek to be very knowledgeable & trustworthy and appreciate that he took the time to clearly outline the options available to us. He replaced our hard drive and was able to save & transfer all our data. Our revitalized laptop works great now without any issues. This is the second time we have used Kingsway Computers. The last time was for our desktop computer. Derek’s personalized, honest and professional service is the reason why we chose to return to Kingsway Computers. In the past we took our computer to the tech support department of a big box store but found the service to be slow, less effective, impersonal & more expensive compared to Kingsway Computers. We will continue to use Kingsway Computers in the future and highly recommend supporting this independent business.
