We have been a customer of Place One Systems for about 3 years now and are very happy with their service. They implemented our new server and deployed it to all of our workstations. They now manage our server, workstations, network systems at multiple locations, IP printers, and numerous other things. We also purchase new hardware from them.
The level of service from them is far beyond what you would expect these days. They have an excellent staff who are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner.
I have before, and would again, recommend them to anyone.

β β β β β We have been using Place One systems for our IT needs (networking & wifi & connectivity help) new equipment - computers/printers etc and general IT calls) for about 2 years.
The service is fast, and the staff are always super pleasant and helpful. Once set up, a super valuable tool they offer is remote assistance - they can connect to your computer securely and remotely to help you work through issues. They also offer cloud services and network security among other things (we have not started using these services yet) that are reasonably priced.
If you have a small business and need some help managing anything to do with your computers or networking, we highly recommend Place One Systems.

β β β β β If you're looking for a professional, affordable, "can-do" company to look after your IT needs for your small business, then Place One is an excellent choice. They are extremely responsive and take the time to understand your issue/goal and deliver on time and on budget. Steve just installed a video conferencing solution for our small board room yesterday and it is exactly what we needed. Communicating with him and Liz along the way has been smooth and efficient. We have used them for years for various projects and feel relieved to have them support our organization.
