Paid for protection on galaxy s20 ultra and galaxy earbuds. They ripped me off on the protection for phone they say they acknowledge I paid for both and over the phone I was told they would sort it out but they told me it was some how lost and they cannot fix it???

Brought night owl for repair, I previously bought at the same best buy store. Called in advance they told me to bring it in.. I brought it the7 told me they don't fix if it's not under warranty. On the phone they told me that they do repairs if out of warranty. When I confronted them then they told me that they do repairs out of warranty but they don't have parts not even checking. I took it for repair to star electronics and they fixed it.

Excellent service. I got my Asus touch screen laptop screen replaced from them. They quoted CAD 300 which was much cheaper in comparison to others in the area but I finally got charged only $200 and the touch screen works really well. Highly recommend.

Took my Macbook Air in for repair after an accidental spill, within 10 days they ordered new parts and shipped it right back to me. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made me feel confident that my computer was in good hands. The staff were very helpful and professional, making suggestions with my best interest in mind and accommodating my move to another city. Excellent!

To summarize: hard to reach, difficulty pulling up my customer file?? (how can that even happen?? they called me at my phone number..), unprofessional and arrogant phone rep, wrong installation and directed the blame to the customer They say they're available 24/7 but really they're only available 24/7 to close your chat. Their service team is extremely hard to reach. After multiple attempts and many phone transfers I finally got put to an agent who ended up blaming everything on me and told me absolutely nobody can help me. I received the wrong type of TV installation (one that doesn't make sense based on the type of TV I purchased, hence it ended up looking very awkward on the wall). I tried speaking to their online agent but she couldn't even pull up my customer file... got passed back to best buy then redirected back to geek squad... just to be able to find my file?? Then was put on hold for almost an hour and reached a lady who sounded very anxious and frustrated at me. My argument was that I was never made aware that the installation I purchased was not the intended one, I had the sales person determine the installation for me and I was never given the option to purchase the intended installation. It should be the company's responsibility, best buy or geek squad, to present the options to me in the first place. How can they expect the customer to know the different kinds of services they provide?? I will never ever use service from this company ever again and I urge you all to avoid this company.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Do not waste your time. There are perfectly good workers in the best buy stores under the geek squad name but they can't take my product back? I bought the product from this store, they should be able to provide me the services I paid for with the warranty. The fact that I need to go out of my way to return something via UPS just to get a gift card sent to me by mail just to go, again, out of my way to re-purchase a new pair. Now the price has increased so now my gift card isn't enough to buy that product. Now I need to pay for the remaining AS WELL AS A NEW WARRANTY! Had I known that's what I was signing up to do this when I paid for this service I would have NEVER bought my product through them. Why do those people even have a job if they can't provide half of what the service is?
