★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy strawberry acai bowl, but they gave us the wrong toppings. Instead of coconut ribbons and cacao nibs, they put bee pollen, which is not vegan. I assume it was a mistake. Overall, it was delicious and well priced just had to throw OUT the bee pollen.

Friendly and helpful staff that go the extra mile for their customers, remember them and put a little extra love into the smoothies. The employee are wonderful, like Rajesh, who I witnessed going above and beyond for the customer in front of me and upholding the company with integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t really go out of my way to write a review but I went to this BEC the other day (after going to the UBC one and didn’t really have a great experience there), was looking for a product but was having a hard time and that’s when Rajesh came to help. He was so patient with me in explaining the benefits of each of the products I was looking for and really took the time to guide me through the process. I have also tried the Blueberry açaí bowl as per his recommendation and cannot get enough of it! I drive 45 mins just for the delicious bowl and the exceptional experience from Rajesh whenever I need a new supplement. 5+ stars experience.

Original 1 star review: I wanted to give this place a fair shot but this was the last straw from today. I was excited to use the 50% off coupon only to find out you were required to sign up for their loyalty card to use it. After reluctantly signing up, I ordered a smoothie and since it was super busy inside I waited outside. Once the person in front of me came outside with their smoothie, I went back in thinking mine would be ready next. I asked if mine was ready and she said one minute. Then I stood there for at least another 10-15 mins and watched the staff make 5 other smoothies in front of me. I told her I think she forgot my order then she said again one minute. Why are you working on the online orders when I’m standing right there in front of you?
The smoothie is very below average, very gritty and separates within minutes.
The final straw (pun intended) was when I went to take a sip of it, the straw just randomly broke (no I didn’t bite the straw), literally picked up the cup and it fell apart. Get rid of these choke hazard straws and save yourselves from a potential lawsuit.
