★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer experience I've ever had with any banks in all countries, Nelly and her manager Rash(I don't know if these are real names since she refused to give me her business card) are very rude and not professional. Go to a different branch people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been banking with BMO for over 15 years and I have never had problems with any other branch but this one. I went in there today to get a new bank card and the Asian lady was so rude. I gave her my BCID and she asked if I had a status card and I told her no and asked her why? she said oh because you need 2 pieces of ID! And I was like why? She then brushed me off without even trying to help me. she was like you can go to your home branch which is in Vancouver. so not impressed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this branch for their speediness and accuracy of their support. I visited them on a Saturday and was out with my account snapshot in less than 3-4 minutes. And i was a walk-in, didn’t even book an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow a wall of one stars for BMO. Not surprising. Not the friendliest staff, high outrageous fees for every action with your own money $35 for 6 transactions, locks access to the ATM by 11pm yet all others in area accessible. Also seems the bank is culturally bias when hiring employees. What happened to diversity.

Even when our MC was missing they did nothing as the business office was closed .
Spend hours of your valuable time on the phone getting no answers or results .
Another useless bank in Canada .!!!’n
