I had an outstanding experience at RBC with Dana C. She had exceeded my expectations, and I would like to thank her again. Not only was her customer service excellent, but she also had called me back to ensure that my issue was solved. In my 20 years of being at RBC, this has been the best experience. Thank you so much for your professionalism, as well as being effective in solving my issue. I now have a better understanding and have trust in RBC.

This is for the entire RBC - including the branches - customer service - back-end office - loan department and the list goes on. Very poor banking service from RBC. Once they treated me so badly, a few years ago, I closed my account, including my visa. Now again, they are treating me the same way with my already closed car loan. what's wrong with all these people??? They sound like private money lending blade mafia.

Needed an appointment to open account, they are all booked up the recent 3 days, but the person who healped me booked another earlier appointment at a different branch near my work. Really appreciated his help : ). [highly suggest RBC let new client book appointment online : (, otherwise some ppl like me, visit every branch only for looking a good time slot...]

Dear RBC, I have been your loyal customer for 30 years, please get your act together. Your schedule you’ve posted on your door doesn’t match your hours. Today, I had to break up a fight between two other customers while we stood in the cold, while your security guard was clueless inside nice and cozy! At least put up the sign you used to do! Service has gone down hill over the decades…

Very bad experience and poor service. Teller didn't even mention about going to the phone provider and have it professionally reset because I normally just reset it on my own. Now I need to go back and forth redo the whole thing which I lost a lot of my files already from my device.

Fantastic service! The teller was able to help me out with my bank draft fees since I was incorrectly informed on the fees involved with my account. He was able to set up a satisfactory solution and it was rather a pleasant interaction. Typically at the end of the day the employees are more sour, but not here. Great team, would recommend.
