Managers, if a teller is waiting for you to have signature, just stop your hands and sign! You are helping the customer came after me and I am waiting for you to finish the customer!!! Feb 11, 2020 Service level is not improved. Only three tellers on super busy time. Two out of three are new hired. Waiting at business service for 10. The manager is not helping too busy to watch the new hired. Please look around what you need to do now.
P	Praveen Pious on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to bank which has excellent ATM facilities. Never been disappointed with the services rendered via this branch. I have also done the usual banking stuff like taking drafts and depositing money to the accounts - all without any issues. The only thing I do not like about TD is that we might not get the appointment at a time that is conducive to our requirements. Always have to wait an extra day or two to meet up with the real bank employees.

B	BP Ramor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to this area 18 months ago. We always had fantastic service at our old branch (49th & Fraser). This branch seems like the complete opposite. We have only entered the branch about half a dozen times for our business as mostly we do things online. Service is quite slow, but any bank service can be slow, so I get that. But they don't even seem friendly. The staff in our old branch were very personable, always smiling and an extreme pleasure to visit. In addition, twice now, I have had issues where the cashiers have not done everything that was asked. Even with it written down. The first time I noticed it before I left the branch and went right back to the teller. This time, my partner went in to the branch and brought the receipt back to me. Thank goodness I checked it right away, because on Friday afternoon of a long weekend, they deposited our $6500 payment from a client into an unknown bank account! Someone else has our money in their account now!! I spent an hour on the phone only to be told that we now have to go back into the branch to have the issue resolved. AAARRRGHHH! I'm making my partner go back in because I am way too mad to handle this one. I don't know how far up the chain these issues begin. Maybe it is not a happy work place, which reflects in the way they serve their clients.
p	paramjeet singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed went to this location. And they told me I needed passport for the verification even though I had my BCID and credit card of the account. After that I went to the different location WITH MY PASSPORT. And they only asked my BCID.
I	Imran Dewji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is ridiculously slow. This branch is consistently slow with a very long line up. There are lots of staff walking around observing that the queue is long, but only two serving people.

There is just one guy there who knows his job and his name is Arash, rest of them they don't know what are they doing there.

Afterward 3 visits were a great mess. No one knew what they were doing. Everyone had different ideas. Another customer was upset too. Told the representative that , just cancell my account. Pathetic service , minus zero star.
