โ โ โ โ โ The lady at the self-checkout (black, 30 something year-old w hair extensions) was so rude and disrespectful. She doesnโt to want to help customers and when I asked a simple question, she gave me attitude almost yelling at me.. very ill-mannered service.
The products there are good, on the other hand.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my go to store. I'd give it five stars if I didn't almost always have some attitude or rudness from three specific cashiers. I avoid them even if I have to wait in a longer line or I just use self check out. One other issue I had was when an older women was walking around in the produce dept with no mask and only using her hand to cover her mom. She was randomly coughing in that hand and then using it to pick through the produce When I brought this up with an employee he said that they re aware of her ad that they've spoken to her about it but she refuses to we mask and that there's nothing they can do about it. The can ask her to leave and if she doesn't then she's trespassing and breaking the law so ya, there is something they can do about it. Covid or not Coughing in your hand and then touching everything is disgusting.

โ โ โ โ โ Ive been shopping at this save on location for going on fourteen years now, since 2009. Mostly because I live across the street but I've grown to like it and enjoy shopping there on occasion.

โ โ โ โ โ I was at this location today and went to buy creamo and the expiry dates were Feb 11 and Feb 17 at the front. Today is Feb 19.......so it goes to show you that they dont check expiry dates or rotate stock properly. Its not like it was a day over expiry.
They also have no bags, pens, or twist ties foe bulk coffee or spices, as usual.
It has been 2 months and no response from management, says volumes about what they only care about $$$. I have stopped shopping there and go farther to superstore @ metrotown

Bought their chicken Alfredo, store made yesterday. Fed it to my 3 yr old who didn't like it but ate it. I tried the left overs today and it had gone bad, the taste was something I have never experienced before and I am enraged that my kid probably ate this (I spat mine out right away). Today is the 23rd and the label says expiry is the 24th.
You guys best improve your quality control because you will end up giving someone food poisoning. I'll never buy any store made items at this location again!

โ โ โ โ โ I left my resume today March 3 around 9 am. I asked to speak to a manager that I wanted to leave a my resume . I was told there was not manager available.who opened the store ? The person I spoke with at customer service asked my availability and immediately told that I would not be hired because of my availability. Sheโs starts writing on my resume with a maker and rollers her eyes .This is not how anyone should be treated when applying for a job . Do better .

โ โ โ โ โ Sheryl was an excellent help few days ago. She went above and beyond to find proper products and pricing for me which didn't ask for it.
Save on should proud of a staff like her.
Overall a very clean and tidy store with lots of underground free parking available.
Situated in very new closed mall with many shops around to explore.
This store has walkalator which is very handy
