β β β β β This is by far the best post office in Vancouver, the staff are always super friendly and helpful every time I go in. I have a small business account and I go into the post office multiple times a week and the girls are always happy to help me. I always enjoy my visit to this post office.

β β β β β I have been going to this post office ever since it opened in late 2020, and I have to say the customer service at this post office has been the best. The staff has been super helpful when dealing with shipments I have overseas, thoroughly explaining the different options available for my parcels. The clerks here are very knowledgeable and it is obvious they know what they're doing!

β β β β β My goodness, the folks here move like clockwork! They know their stuff and are also super kind and helpful. As a commoner who has no knowledge about shipping stuff, they were kind enough to walk me through the steps and what I need to complete. If you need to ship something and you're a newbie like me, I suggest you travel to this place. While I was there, there was an old Chinese gentleman who was having an issue with this parcel. The staff spent a lot of time working with him and whoever was in the other line of the phone to provide help. They did not looked annoyed or anything - just worked on getting his issue fixed. Super nice!
