D	Dimitri Tentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So fortunate to have found Dr. Love here. Has helped me with shoulder injury while other drs gave up. If you ain't in line half hour before it opens as a walk in then you wont get in.

He is a very nice, very intelligent, thorough doctor . Soft spoken , and great attitude . He works a lot , and always makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. Other than the other doc I see ( specialist) Dr. Love is the only doc I see in Vancouver now . Great office staff as well . Thy will always at least try and accommodate their patients .

I have tried to go here on three separate occasions and been turned away as they "have stopped accepting patients for the day". I called at 9am! They will only book an appointment for you if you are registered, you can only register if the doctor will see you that day, and I've never been able to see a doctor here. Not a "walk-in" clinic, false advertising.
T	Tim Garneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for 15+ years. The clinic portion of the day fills up two minutes after they open the door due to the 15+ person line up outside. Need to see a doctor? Wake up early to get here early. The care here is worth it. Doctor Love is a good man, a great physician. 35+ years treating patients. He knows what he is talking about. Yes the waiting can be annoying, just like every other office in Vancouver. Big deal. Again, the care here is worth it.
B	Bo Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally came in as a drop-in patient on a weekday around noon — the wait wasn’t bad at all (maybe 30 - 40 min?). I met Dr. Nasibi for the first time and he is really nice. I was accepted as a regular patient of his and since then he has been kind and helpful. I usually try to make my appointments here on weekdays during the slower times, and have never had a problem with long wait times so far. I am very lucky to have found a family physician so close by who is accepting patients.
