β β β β β Nice and quick X-ray. No problems other than the cheap paper gowns they want you to wear nearly disintegrated when I put it on. Very convenient location with free parking or by the Canada Line. Staff were professional and friendly.

β β β β β During COVID and on the weekend, this clinic is poorly organised, and at times over populated.
Front staff are rude and unprofessional (asked personal questions across the waiting room in ear shot of everyone else, laughing at patients who cannot speak English)

β β β β β Fast service. Take me only 5 minutes for my Xray. Staff is ok but front desk is not very nice if I dont wanna say the grey hair lady is quite rude.

β β β β β Terrible x-ray experience this morning! Unfriendly staffs. I offered to change into a gown for my chest x-ray but the female tech said "it's fine", then later needed to repeat the image (extra radiation I did not need). No privacy was given either - door was not closed throughout the exam while I was half-naked.

β β β β β I went there on Sunday since they are the only one open on Sundays for x-ray. I would say the x-ray tech and screener were great. The X-ray tech was quick and profesional, made sure everything was done properly so I won't have to go back. The receptionist was not very accommodating though. She was rude when she had to repeat her questions and raising her eyebrows. Her tone is intimidating.

β β β β β No manner, I had mammogram appointment. I was just 10 minutes late, the reception told me to stay around and we will call you back. After 1.5 hours waiting around in rain, nobody called me and I went back there, they said we are fully booked and if you want to have mammography, you have to wait. The worst experience. Very very bad customer service? I told them, I have to go to work, no empathy. Very rude.

β β β β β Very pleasant and professional staff, accessible clinic steps from Canada line. My radiologist was warm and got my X-ray done in a couple of minutes. Results sent back to doctor in the same day. Highly recommend the clinic for anyone needing an X-ray. I had about a 5min wait time.
