β β β β β Don't let the look of this restaurant fool you. The building itself has been here for a very long time and has gone through many different types of cuisine. And now has been Jun Yuan for quite some time. This place have some of the best chicken wings I had ever have. They are so crispy and hot when they serve it to you. The food you get with hot pot is fresh and it's all you can eat. Some of my recommendation would be, of course the deep fried wings, the beef meatballs, and the wontons/dumplings. The lady that helped us is very friendly. Overall, I don't think you will be disappointed in choosing it as a place to have hot pot.

β β β β β The service was great but the food was really mediocre. It has slightly more selection than some other AYCE hot pot places, but the soup tasted extremely bland. Most places use soup base + flavor you chose, and it's evident when they refill your soup. However, for this place they use water as the base, or a really skimped out version of soup base which tasted literally like water. The ingredients aren't that fresh either, especially compared to more recent hot pot places like marble house eatery, etc.
I feel bad giving one star since the service was decent, but this is by far the worst AYCE hot pot place in the lower mainland and I've been to all of them. It's even worse than some of the ones that went out of business. To top all that off they also increased their prices to the point that it's more expensive than their competitors.

β β β β β The food was good and the only one thing that I am not am happy with is that they asked for mor tips after we pay the bill. I pay 10% of the bill before tax, which I think it's fair. And we just realized that they charged us $40.99 each person plus the base but we actually chose the $34.99 one. They even tried to blame to the 5%tax when I doubted about the price?. Anyway, food is fresh and great. But wouldn't recommend due to the issue of honesty.

β β β β β A casual hot pot "all you can eat" for $35, plus $10 for the soup base for your group. Fresh bok choy, well presented meat and delicious chicken wings.

β β β β β my first time coming to this Hot pot restaurant. I was pretty happy with all he can eat hot pot. there was good variety to have fried chicken wings as well. there was a $3 premium for wagu, but I found the regular beef to be just as good. I personally really like the lamb.

β β β β β Good variety on AYCE menu. Ok price ranges $37 as of 2022-05-15. There unlimited deep fried wings used to be their selling point pre pandemic but my recent 2 visits, they incorporated drumsticks when you order chicken wings. Their menu explicitly shows chicken wings ( not drumsticks). Other than this disappointing fact, everything else is good.

Handmade meatballs are delicious!! Good quality and fresh meat and seafood. Deep fried chicken wings were also very good.
Flavour of soup bases were below average though.
