The place is nice, quaint with good service. The food is good and very reasonably priced. Give it a try. Their curry Wonton and duck noodle with soup, is not only inexpensive but will keep one warm and satisfied.

The food was very good, every item we ordered tasted amazing. The service was exceptional, the waiters were nice and food came out quickly. Also, there were many extras that came with ordering a certain amount. Each dish served a lot of food too, would definitely come again

after years of living in this hood, finally got a chance to visit this place and try their wonton noodles soup and boy did it fully satisfy our cravings. Well worth the money, soup was tasty, wontons were packed with meat and they did no skimp out, will definitely come again for any future wonton cravings. Plenty of parking on Kingsway as well as the side streets, the interior is very spacious and can easily accommodate lots of people and their parties

Eel rice is so good, eel is live instead of frozen before cooking. It’s better to order in advance cause it takes 30min to cook. Taste is so good, it worths the price. Service is also one of the best.

Open late! Until about 11 pm. CASH ONLY Food came super fast and the menu and service is in both Chinese and English. The service is casual and friendly. I would come here for late night congee and side dishes, as well as the crispy fried noodles, and wonton soup. Pictured: wonton soup (no noodles), how special fried noodles, tiny deep fried fish, veggie stir fry with fermented bean paste. Covid special: their late night menu / snack menu is all day. Panels are up to separate tables, they wear masks and check covid passports.

I ordered curry beef brisket and claypot tofu w/fish. While the latter was decent, the curry beef brisket was quite offensive. The curry sauce itself was watered down and the brisket had no meat in it but rather the really tough chewy parts. If i was the chef, i would be embarrassed to send this out of the kitchen. The only reason why i am not giving 1 star is that the staff are always friends and super polite.

One of the few remaining places in the east side of Vancouver for good Hong Kong / Cantonese style congee and noodle place food, complete with signs of their current specials in Chinese all around the walls, and being cash only. A convenient place for late night meetups (open till 11pm). We went there last Wednesday for "late night snacks" where you order a bunch of small tapas to share. We ordered stir fried pea tips with garlic sauce, beef brisket chow mein, stir fried string beans with pork, stir fried gai choi with beef, deep fried tofu, honey garlic spare ribs, stir fried clams with black bean sauce, deep fried pork chop with chilli salt, and Buddhist feast (various stir fried vegetables and fungi), all topped off with a bucket of rice! Overall, the food quality was decent (spot on with the pea tips!). They were surprisingly busy that night, but still managed to come around to keep our tea cups filled. For our group size, the food came out at a reasonable time. For a group of 9 ppl, the bill came out to be $20 per person after tip and tax. Will definitely be coming back!
