Justin was always quick to respond, no matter what time of day, and always made sure to explain everything in an understandable way. His professionalism and transparency was imperative to making us feel comfortable, and he never tried to push us to make quick decisions or offers out of our comfort zone.
When we eventually decide to sell or move places, he'll 100% be getting a call from us.
