★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An agent by the name of Gitika Chawla works with this brokerage. She is the rudest person I have ever met. I would not recommend her to anyone I know and I think this brokerage should reconsider their relationship with her as well. She is not an asset to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the conduct of one of the Realtors in this office, Andy Dhillon. I worked with him on a listing in South Surrey in April 2019, and as of January 23, 2020, my company has yet to be paid for the work that was done. I will never work with this agent again. I work with a lot of amazing Realtors in my line of work and Andy Dhillon reinforces the negative stereotype that Realtors have. I'm only giving this a 1 star because I have to in order to submit the review otherwise it would be no stars.

He pays great care to his clients needs and worked diligently to find the house of our dreams. He is no nonsense and isn't there just to make a commission a ND tells it like it is. Works for you and not the "real estate industry".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled by the conduct of Glenn Warren, the managing broker. I work in the industry, and have never had someone be so rude to a potential customer. I see the reviews of rude realtors from this office, and it does not surprise me one bit. I called to complain to his manager to find out he’s the boss around there. Absolutely ridiculous.
