β β β β β Came here for a pelvic ultrasound, as the wait time for one near my home was 4mos. I had an appointment in 2wks! The staff was friendly and prompt. I got into my appointment on time and was out in 15 mins. Thankful that I can get my results sooner then 4 mos.

β β β β β My wife went for her "big milestone" 20wk ultrasound (I wasn't allowed in), and barely got to see anything. No feet, no hands. Incredibly painful probing and 2 blurry photos later she's out the door. She even had to ask at the end if everything was normal and looking good because the technician didn't say. Awful experience, glad to be switching clinics.

β β β β β I went here for a pelvic ultrasound and the sonographer was extremely trans affirming (I am a trans man) and competent - she was running on time, was very efficient, and appeared knowledgeable in conversations around gender identity, even offering to change my gender marker in the system for me. I felt really comfortable and respected by everyone at the clinic.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed by the staff is an understatement.
During my 14 week ultrasound, the sonographer didn't exchange even a greeting with me. During the screening, she was extremely rude, brutal and distracted, mostly texting on her private phone! She used so much force on my belly that I moved away screeming in pain a few times, to which she reacted with an almost sadistic "that hurt, mh".
She called my husband in for literally 5 seconds at the end so he could see our baby moving (away from the ultrasound?).
This is my second baby and I've never had an experience like that. Being pregnant leaves me feeling extremely vulnerable in the hands of "professionals" I should trust, during an appointment I was impatiently awaiting for weeks, and now I feel just violated, disappointed and scared that this might have hurt my baby (I'm still bruised today). I will surely never visit Greig's again and most likely will not "risk" another ultrasound at all during my pregnancy.

β β β β β Front office reception was nice but I was not allowed into the room for my wife's first ultrasound and she was very nervous (we both were). When I was allowed in at the end of the appointment, we were left with more questions than answers, maybe it was ok and maybe it wasn't. Is there a baby? Maybe, maybe not. It seemed like something was off but all we had to go with were blanket responses.
This is an extremely emotional time and there was very little empathy for the situation - it just felt cold and sterile.
First pregnancy and we were excited for our first ultrasound and we left worried and confused.

β β β β β Cold and unfriendly front staff. My husband wasn't allowed in to see the baby. This is our first baby and he was excited to see it.
The ultrasound was super fast and the images they gave me were super blurry.
I could see how the staff would treat people as they were arriving. Extremely rude! We are human beings!
Just unbelievable!
Don't go here.

β β β β β Was worried because there are some negative reviews but our dating ultrasound experience couldnβt have been better! Friendly reception staff, streamlined process, and amazing technician (I think her last name was Jenkins?) who was reassuring, friendly and gave us enough time to really look at the baby!! Also got printed photos which we didnβt at Seymour Health for our first baby, so that was an added bonus. A great experience!

β β β β β I had a fantastic experience here. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews and it's unfortunate. I had my 20 weeks ultrasound this past weekend and my technician Leanne was an absolute gem. She spent over an hour doing my scan and was so personable and friendly. The front end staff was also great. I told Leanne I had a gender reveal party planned the next day and without hesitation she gave me the gender and a sealed envelope. I know it's a hit or miss with other radiology offices for them to do this favor for you. All in all, I recommend this office to anyone!
