★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that the times right now are extremely tough and busy with COVID but I don't understand why some people are so extremely rude. This clinic in particular showed absolutely zero patience, formality and kindness to me and seemingly to everyone else at the clinic. Unfortunately getting x-rays is critical in assessing the health of an individual but being hostile to your client is not. Would not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Went in for an ultra sound and was told my bladder was too full when the last time it wasn’t full enough. She told me to completely void my bladder which I did, then told me it wasn’t full enough. She was snappy and rude. Then she even did an internal ultrasound which I was not expecting and couldn’t find my ovaries. By the far the worst technician I’ve been to, I’m also moving to Ontario in two weeks and need to find out if what’s going on is serious before I need to find health care in Ontario. Just a brutal experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed the poor reviews here and wanted to add that this wasn't my experience. I had to change my appointments 2 times due to unexpected conflicts/illness and rebooking both times the staff were patient, understanding and helpful. The 3 staff I interacted with at the clinic were friendly, helpful and respectful, and they were very busy but I never felt rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the negative reviews and felt compelled to share my recent, positive experience. I went to this clinic for an ultrasound last week and had an all around pleasant experience. Checking in at the door was quick and easy. Filling out paper work with the receptionist was equally easy and she was delightful, smiling and making jokes.
The technician clearly knew her stuff and walked me through what steps we'd be following both before and during the procedure.
I will absolutely return to this clinic for any future ultrasound or x-ray needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here multiple times, hoped the first experience was a fluke but it's the same treatment each time:
- Unfriendly, abrasive staff
- Unclear communication
- Despite having an appointment each time and arriving 15 minutes early to check in as instructed, they have made me wait 20-30 minutes,even when appointment has been first thing in the morning. Why have appointments if you're going to make people sit in a full waiting room during a pandemic?
- Have had to have mammogram done twice due to them not getting a clear image the first time ( this has happened twice and the technician seemed rushed each time )

Very kind and efficient staff, that place is so so busy and it’s obviously a place where people are feeling scared and venerable, the way the staff and techs handle what is obviously an over load of work daily ( seriously it’s criminal they should be paid more ) just makes me even more in awe of woman, like wow they are running a tight ship in there. All hands on deck.
My tech and I were laughing a lot together and was in and out of the building in 30 minutes total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for a breast ultrasound at 3pm. I got there at 2:30 and 5 minutes later I was taken in. I was so impressed with my technician. She was very helpful in explaining things to me. Fortunately I am ok but I wanted to let people know how well run this place is…very impressed!
