★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pharmacy experience I've ever had, and I continue to use them after 2 years of regular refills. And they do compounding I can't find at many other pharmacies.
The staff here are exceptionally professional, they are willing to explain things in more depth than any G.P. I've had in the lower mainland, and they don't use the outdated and obnoxious honorifics like sir/mam and Mr./Mrs.
They go above and beyond to help me sort out issues with insurance, they respond in a timely manner to emails and online refill requests, and the delivery option is free for their service area and very cheap outside in the nearby GVA.

You have lost me and my family (I'll be sure to let my GP know too) for life. Thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stranded in Vancouver as a result of catastrophic flooding in Southern BC. I ran out of meds for myself and my cat. After obtaining emergency scripts for myself and the cat, this pharmacy went the extra mile to fill the prescriptions in short order. I will be regularly using this pharmacy for future prescriptions while I'm in Vancouver as a result of this exceptional customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing, the woman that helped me took like 15 minutes explaining how to do a subc injection, and a second person even came over to help explain. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything went okay. Plus they are saving me like $200 a month compared to what I was paying before. Their are so friendly and helpful, love them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars +++ . Brought in a Very Challenging "patient" and was helped by,... (by her own admission) , very new employee, Isabelle ...Isabella ? sorry, not sure..... and She was Excellent !!! Couldn't have been nicer , more patient and was already knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We left with exactly what we needed. Already an asset to this Business !! Thank You !! Obviously Recommend ! Prices were great , Too ! Bonus !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macdonalds Pharmacy is your typical drug supplier with the benefit of friendly staff and relatively quick service. They recently expended the shop and now also have other medical items for the elderly or those suffering from physical ailments as well. They seem to be trying to make it into more of a one stop shop, which is pretty cool.
