★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im looking for a good clinic to get a ultrasound scan to confirm if im really pregnant or not, I spoke to a receptionist that wasnt helpful at all, she clearly didnt know what she was doing, i gave up and and said "ill look for a different clinic ", she doesnt deserve a good paying job like that, hire more helpful people, this is very bad service for a downtown vancouver location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Instead of 1 combined ct scan they performed 2 separate ct scans with almost double price. BEWARE. Canada Diagnostics could do it combined with much lower price. I received unnecessary additional amount of xrays only because of double scan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiffany and Kalena, the receptionists that handled my booking inquiries were excellent. They were professional, personable, and knowledgable. They patiently and thoroughly answered all the questions my wife and I had about the procedure, cost, etc. I have not had the MRI yet, but I booked in a large part because of the comfort level and confidence that I had after speaking with Tiffany and Kalena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first contact with Maurice at False Creek was impressive. We were in a difficult position coming from a province with inadequate health care. He helped us to organize the testing that we needed in a most accommodating manner. We received pre testing information, had the test done and prompt follow up with what we needed to know. We will certainly return to false trek should we require their services again. Thank you Maurice and Dr. Vasquez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience other then the “Karen” we encountered in the reception area. The lady who took us to the back and apologized profusely was so nice. The fellow who did the IV and CT scan was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased when False Creek could assist with getting me an MRI when I had an acute injury, but five weeks later I'm still waiting to get the images in a format that my specialists can read. The people at the clinic have been mostly helpful and sympathetic, but it's unacceptable that after paying top dollar for an MRI, the format in which images are provided are unreadable by most specialists. If you do chose to use this clinic discuss beforehand the format in which products will be provided to ensure they can actually be used by relevant specialists.
