★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've lived in the Wilkinson for the past 3 months now, and it's been a dream. Moving in was a tough experience due to outside factors, but the company was very accommodating, refunding us for extra U-Haul costs and being very responsive in trying to find us an alternative move-in time. Thomas is a great building manager and has a rapid response time to any concern. The build itself is high quality, with just a few non-intrusive deficiencies that should be patched up with time. And of course, amazing views every day of False Creek and the Downtown skyline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a great experience so far living in an aptrentals building! The building manager is very helpful and the building is kept very clean and organized. It was also very easy to get in touch with aptrentals and organize a viewing prior to signing my lease. I would definitely recommend living in one of their buildings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the Apt Rentals team has been nothing short of amazing. Kamil, the building manager at Neon, was a pleasure to correspond with. He made the entire leasing process incredibly simple and went above and beyond to help make the situation work for everyone involved.
I have corresponded with numerous other rental agencies and they all made me feel like I did not matter, and I was nothing more than a monthly payment to them. This was not at all the experience I had with Apt Rentals and Kamil. I feel valued as a tenant and feel that there is a team managing the building that has my best interests in mind.
Highly recommend Apt Rentals and the Neon building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved into the Wilkinson in Olympic village and everything has been great! Thomas the building manager is awesome and always quick at responding. We love our studio apartment and the pretty rooftop is also a bonus. No complaints so far, highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best condo building I have lived in downtown! The building manager Kamil has always been such an outstanding person, making living here very comfortable. The application process is simple, Kamil goes above and beyond to make you feel very welcomed, and at home. Very clean facility, great elevators, and friendly neighbours. The building location is one of my favourite neighbourhoods, very well kept, and safe! I would highly consider living here, if you want a modern, well sized condo, at very affordable prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great experience to finding house and making online contract with Clare who is a manager for Porter.
Because of Covid-19 status, I couldn't book a flight to BC & see the house directly, but Clare helps me to do a virtual viewing and gave me all of detailed information I needed. Also, as contacting via email very well, I felt safe.
Porter is a great house to be with my cats. It is very clean, well managed, secured, and well furnished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into the Conrad building in June 2021, I was on the look out for a studio unit in a fairly new building that was not too close or too far from the Downtown area. I was very pleased to have found one in this building and the management does a great job of processing things quite seamlessly. I was able to view the unit and have all the paperwork in place within a weeks time. The team has always cooperated to allow for any one off requests I had during my move and any time I have had a maintenance request, the team has been quick to respond with an extremely professional approach. The building was completed in 2020, so all the fixtures and design of the unit has a modern look and feel which is great. The contrast of colors and the overall vibe of not only the building but the community of people that live in and around it is incredible. The location of this one is brilliant as well as it is a short walk to the SkyTrain station, Trout Lake and it's community Centre.
