★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an astounding experience when I lived in Yaletown 939. The Managers and Security were super helpful and committed. The building itself was always taken care of and amazingly clean. I just want to say so many thanks to all the people that work there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers show frustration and arrogance all the time. They live in the building so are not available at the office. They don't answer calls.
Building is crowded, only 3 elevator while 2 mostly not working
Lobby smells
Parcels get stolen/ lost, because they have installed a stupid box at the entrance while postmen do not have time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the best management I’ve ever dealt with during an apartment rental. All the staff, caretakers and security were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Lived here for about a year and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The floors absorb very little impact noise (low IIC rating) so a heel-walking or active neighbour above can cause mental distress. (This can be mitigated with good ANC headphones and low-frequency white noise. If affected you may also be able to terminate your lease early without penalty and receive compensation for breach of the entitlement to quiet enjoyment)
Everything else is good. (edit: except they also didn't respond to the email they provided)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of living in this beautiful boutique building in Yaletown for a year. The management team is truly professional and easy to deal with. The care that the staff put in really shows through the building’s cleanliness and their smiles. If you ever had any problems, you knew that someone would deal with it as soon as they can.
Things I enjoyed about the building/my unit:
- newly renovated gym
- quiet outdoor bbq area
- nice views of BC Place, False Creek
- QuadReal connect mobile app for payments, service requests, community bulletin, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to rent. The building and townhouse was well-maintained and any requests (for repair or maintenance) were promptly fulfilled. Excellent management team who really made the experience enjoyable.
