Best Apartment building in Canada

S	Susan Scholton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me over 2 months to find this place. I rented the 2 bedroom on the 47 Th floor. Slightly smaller than my last place at Vancouver house, but this place has much bigger covered patio, and air conditioning. I’m saving 2k a month, so I was impressed considering I viewed over 20 apartments in this price range. Only 3 years old, but feels brand new.

They harass, intimidate, bully and lie and would appear to launder money for “cable”. How they are allowed to operate in this manner
R	Roberto Cedillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice tower, new and shiny. It’s like a community here, we made friends with our neighbors and we help each other to dog-sit while we’re traveling. Awesome gym motivates us to go there more often!
L	Lilly Wegener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been the first tenants of our initial apartment in this building (so moved in just after it was built) and the management team has been the same throughout our entire time of living there. Very very dog friendly (and overall pet friendly) building, always clean, management responds to any questions, inquiries or complaints very quickly, the gym has a good variety of options and a door to the outdoor- seating area for fresh air, balconies and windows (bye bye smelly gyms!) We've always been pretty lucky with our neighbors and the noise cancellation between rooms and the individual apartments is very good, as long as windows are closed. Balconies have an amazing view, on the "downtown side" you can even see the annual fireworks from the comfort of your home, as well as the most gorgeous sunsets! In my opinion you definitely get what you pay for - a fantastic apartment with convenient location and good amenities, (+ so so much natural light). I would recommend it at any time!
S	Simone Iannuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in the building since 2019, location is perfect and the apartments are with good prices for Yaletown, people in the building are very nice and very quite, I don't believe a word of negative reviews. Building mangers always helped me with all my request, when was possible, and were super helpful, professional and very precise in terms of safety. Also every area in the building is always very clean. We have also a community garden and a very furnished gym. Downstairs there is a Farm To Table shop and a coffee bar, and soon will be a bubble tea shop, nearby you have a lot of groceries shops and, again, people in the building and neighborhood are very nice. I don't want to leave this place that I can call HOME!

The location is a top, amazing view from our apartment and managers are always there to help. And fresh flowers are always there as a pleasant sight in the hall.
A	Amber Marple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building - prime location, nice suites, and pet friendly. I travel to a lot of different properties throughout Yaletown and downtown Vancouver with my job. I can confidently say, this building has one of the worst elevator systems I used. Considering the size and amount of floors in the building, they don’t have enough elevators. if my memory serves correctly, I believe there are only three elevators to service the entire building. The elevators are SLOW. If you have a delivery or guest, the buzzer system will often time out. I’ve had multiple experiences with this and the guest/delivery will have to re-buzz, re-enter, and hope it doesn’t time out AGAIN. Aside from the elevator system, this is a wonderful building in a great location.
T	T G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed. The building has become more and more transient over the last couple of years. There doesn't seem to be any strategic tenant selection process. Many of the tenants are loud, rude, and lacking self awareness. The building has too many dogs of all sizes and is poorly maintained. It doesn't help that the lighting in common areas and elevators is that of a convenience store at 3 am, which emphasizes the deficiencies of the building and those riding in the elevator with you. The "classy" professional tenants have been leaving as they are being treated like cattle along with the less desirable tenants. Current onsite male manager is a bully. The only positive in the management office is Zoe. She gives tenants hope for a better things to come.
