★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living at Neon apartments is a great experience. The maintenance, the cleanness, the management, and the quietness are exceptional for a building in the downtown area. As a UBC student, I love that the last bus stop to UBC in downtown is right behind the building. Although some neighbors aren’t the best, the management (Kamil) always deals with complaints promptly. Highly recommend living here if you want to be close to downtown but at the same time a bit far from its craziness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for half a year now. I enjoy living here. The apartment is nice and cozy with all the essentials (laundry and dishwasher) included. The building manager is also friendly and approachable. The building itself is also very safe. I like this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for about a year now, it’s a wonderful place to live. The concrete walls make it so you never hear your neighbours or anything on the street. The amenities are very nice and updated, the building is in general very secure with a fob security system. The building manager is very friendly and there for anything you need. The location is perfect, just off the Granville bridge, on Granville street, and right next to Yaletown. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a quiet safe building in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived at Neon for over a year now and would highly recommend this building to anyone! My 420 sq ft studio feels much larger than it actually is, due to the very well thought out floor plan and more than ample amount of storage space. The added bonus to living in a building that is all rentals, is that you have a building manager always available to help you with anything you need and you never have to worry about having to move out early due to owners selling the unit, etc. Living here, you get the same peace of mind as you would living in a college dorm, but at the perfect location if you enjoy living downtown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern downtown location. Apartments have laundry and dishwasher in suite. Big windows- we have a view which is nice. Friendly helpful management. They quickly address any issues and helped me super fast when I lost my key once. The staff cleaner keeps it nice and clean. Secure feeling and there is parking available and a share car service and storage locker
