★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place, the management does nothing for the building. My unit had a flood and got a response 3 days later where they ripped out the baseboards and left them on the floors for my cat to step on. There have been at least 5 people overdone outside the back gate since I lived here, so much so that I’ve told 911 to put a camera on the patios to catch it. The property is also listed on two sites as being owned by Addy Invest along with Pure family and now managed by Ranch property. Building was at least bearable when managed by another company.
