★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iRepair fixed the glass on my broken iPad. A corner of the new glass came loose some time later, but it still worked fine. Being busy it was 4 years before I took it back to have it fixed. LOL. When I asked how much it would be to fix, Tim said, "It will be covered under warranty," Yes! And he did a quick perfect repair, same day! Nuff said! Great guy/company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasting repair in the west! Needed to get my 6s battery replaced cause it wasn’t holding a very long charge, the whole process took less than 30 mins. This place is fast, speedy and amazing. There’s also a 1 year warranty if anything goes fritz after. 100% recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the place! I had my screen fixed within half an hour. Unfortunately very soon after (about a week) my new screen cracked from a small fall. I emailed and inquired if it might be under the one year warranty. It actually is not but Tim graciously said he would replace it anyway since it was so recently done.
I have also gone here to replace my iPod Classic battery - still very satisfied, he replaced my battery and cleared up some water damage. The other vendors I contacted quoted outrageous prices for an iPod Classic.
Would highly recommend Tim and his team for all your Apple product needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim is amazing! He looked at my iPhone 7 that got some water damage after a snowshoeing trip. I had some water spots on my screen and my home button stopped working.
The Apple store couldn’t help, in fact they told me they would have to replace my whole phone for $400+ dollars and that my phone could not be traded in for any money because they didn’t know how bad the water damage was - my phone could only be recycled.
Decided to come to iRepair to see what could be done especially about the home button. Tim opened it up to diagnose and do some cleaning for free. The home button started working again and the screen looks like it may clear up on its own. If not, I will most likely buy a screen from iRepair and either keep/sell the phone for an upgrade. I’m so glad I came to iRepair and met Tim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do people just give them 5 stars because of the price? I went there twice today because of it shows the business hour is 12 Pm- 7 pm on google map, but turned out a different business hour on the note stick on the door. Made a phone call at 3:04 pm but no one answered, I went to the store again, arrived at around 3:30 pm, unfortunately no one answered the door but I heard music playing and people talking inside. I’m just disappointed and feel it’s a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best iPhone repair experience hands down. Tim is great, he’s fixed my phone numerous times! His prices are the best in Vancouver.
Went to his old shop in international village the other day and was saddened to see it gone, tried using the other repair shops in the building but was getting taken for a ride, then I found Tim online and was all set later that day... Highly recommend!
