★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week to get battery replace for my phone. I found the staff there pretty professional. I dropped my phone off at the time slot I booked. The staff told me that I can pick up in an hour and confirmed the price of the service. Now the battery of my phone lasts for a whole day!!! (It used to last for at most 5 mins).
I gave 4 stars is because I found the home button a bit loose after the service, though it doesn’t affect its function at all. I really appreciate their efficient and professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my daughter's ipad fixed. They repaired the broken screen and home button at a reasonable price and it only took a couple of days. A few months later the home button stopped working, and I went back. They repaired it quickly and at no charge. It's rare to find a business that does exactly what you need at a reasonable price, and with good customer service. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need a device fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Nintendo switch with a busted fan and cell clinic did an amazing job fixing it. Nintendo was estimating 4 weeks for a repair and I needed to mail away the switch. So I looked around and found cell clinic as another option - the staff were friendly and knew immediately what was wrong with the switch.
They had the switch fan replaced in 2 days! The work was high quality and I thought the price was very fair.

I was initially worried about getting my phone fixed -- I'd never had a screen replaced -- would it be done well, how much, how long will it take, will it be done well? The team at Cell clinic are EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They also have an extremely good selection of refurbished phone, so much if fact I almost just bought one because of the great price. If you have any phone issues go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-Star Excellence on a battery replacement that NOBODY else would touch (in the USA or Canada)!
I've owned 3 Google flagship Nexus 6p phones (2 of which boot-looped)... but this one is a solid phone that just needed a New Battery.
Ahmed (the technician) informed me that it might take a little longer to replace the battery than the "average" time quoted by the "sales" people over the phone (because is was a more complicated process for this phone). I was in a pinch for time, and that put me in a bit of a bind, but Ahmed gave me certainty that he could pull it off (and fortunately it was a "low traffic" day because of the "Family Day" holiday weekend).
Not only did Ahmed pull off the repair within HIS time estimate, but now I have a fully-functional phone with normal expected battery-life.
Literally, it feels like I have a NEW phone again!!!
And all that still comes with their awesome 1-Year (Battery Replacement) Warranty.
I couldn't be happier! Keep up the great work!
If any other device goes sideways... Cell Clinic will be my first call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called asking if they could repair my iPad screen. Answer was yes but then asked which store I’d be coming into and he checked to be sure they had the right part in. That was thoughtful and appreciated. I wasn’t to keen to drop off at one store and then hear it sent to another and back again as one place quoted me.
Drop off in store was easy; didn’t need a deposit or anything. Picked it up a day or two later. Job well done; no issues at all and it comes with a warranty. The price was as quoted to me on Yelp and that quote was good for 30 days.
I am very happy with the end result; with the service and warranty. It was less than half of what Apple wanted to fix it. A screen shouldn’t cost half the price of the item.
Definitely will use this store again if the need arises. Thank you for a job well done!!
