★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent way too much time in front of a computer today trying to simply download a video onto a zip drive. Downloaded the necessary software and it still wouldn't download. I called for help and within minutes, they sent me the file to my email and didn't even charge me. This is my new go-to place for computer issues. Love companies like this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hard drive died on my laptop. Lucky I had enough backups not to sweat it so much. Dom did a great job, he is the junior tech and deals with all the walk in jobs. It's a a great space also. Not what you would expect from a repair store. One thing is be patient with Dom he is a bit quiet and shy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this business for many reasons. First, when I called to inquire about them fixing my Mac laptop, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful - connecting me to an IT specialist. The specialist heard me explain what was happening with my computer, and said "no problem, bring it in free of charge and I'll have a look". I dropped it off at the Yaletown Tech office, again everyone present was very helpful and greeted me warmly - then the IT specialist fixed the laptop after less than an hour (I was told by another computer shop that my computer was not repairable and required a new motherboard). THEN, because it was a relatively minor fix I suppose, they refused to charge me! The best experience I've had as a customer in Vancouver in any capacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYI - Don't waste your time showing up. Yaletown Tech is no longer there! Another company took over the space and advised that Yaletown Tech have not been there for a couple of years.
Phone number is also dead, I've reported for Google to remove the listing.
