Ted Loo is absolutely amazing. I have never worked with a personal trainer before- I have always been athletic and active and played a number of team sports; and never really benefitted directly from dedicated fitness support- until I started working with Ted. Ted took the time to understand my short and long-term goals and tailored a workout program to get me on track and challenge everything I thought I new about health and fitness. My workout routines are not routine anymore (that was the problem). Instead of simply going through the motions, I am actually advancing my health and fitness with hands-on (literally) learning each and every session. Ted is just the right amount of tough and determination; motivating me when I need the kick; and reminding me of why I am there in the first place. My mind, body, and soul thank you Ted Loo! Tired of your workout routine? I have three words for you: Ted Loo Fitness! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Personal training with Ted over these past few months has left me feeling strong , energized and extremely fit . He has an amazing knowledge of body mechanics and really pays attention to detail . No I couldn’t get away with anything ! I expect a lot from my trainer and Ted sets the bar(bell) high .

I have been working out with Ted for 4 months. Ted is very knowledgeable and adaptable and pushes you to work hard. I learned how to improve my form in most exercises. I would recommend Ted to any level of athlete.

I’ve been with Ted for over 10 years and it never gets stale. His wealth of knowledge and experience has enabled us to change up my workouts to meet my changing fitness goals or rehab injuries from my other activities. In short - Ted is a gem and I rely on him to keep myself strong and healthy.

I only had a short time to work with Ted but he was very kind and professional throughout my sessions. This is saying a lot as I've had a pretty bad experience with other trainers before, who constantly texted during the job and didn't pay attention to their clients whatsoever. However, Ted was certainly not the case. He kept the workouts challenging enough for me to be engaged and provided necessary tips for each workout. He never pushed me or shamed me into working out but approached my lack of motivation with friendliness and accountability, which in turn motivated me to workout more. I highly recommend Ted to anyone looking to work with a personal trainer who is caring and professional.

I've had a great experience training for 8+ months with Ted and I strongly recommend Ted to anyone who's seeking a personal trainer. Before meeting Ted, I've been through 2 trainers - I was very unsatisfied training with them. I noticed that a lot of trainers are so focused on convincing clients how effective their training methods are that they don't listen to the client's needs/concerns. It was so much so that I ended up hurting my back while working out with one trainer in which I was out for months. When first meeting Ted, I didn't have much expectation; I originally told him that I would like to workout for 3-4 months. I also mentioned that I was worried about hurting my back again by working out in improper form with improper workout routine. 4 months quickly went by and I noticed significant change in my physique and in my daily life. With my exceeded expectation, I continued to workout with him until I had to move to Ontario. It was an absolute joy training with Ted.

I have had such a great experience training with Ted! I originally came to him to work on strengthening my body for climbing as I felt like I had hit a plateau with training on my own. I didn't expect results so quickly but within a month I noticed I could complete routes that I couldn't before because I was stronger! He is also really great at explaining the mechanics of each exercise which I really appreciate because learning proper form is important to me. Ted knows when to push and learns what uniquely motivates you. Each session is always different, challenging, and fun :)

I started with Ted Loo around 14 months ago. He is so understanding about my MS, torn meniscus in both knees, hip issues. When I started, I could barely walk and move my body. He tailored the exercises around this and understands my limitations depending on how my MS is working that day. Ted slowly increased the weights and is so encouraging. I have lost 92 pounds so far thanks to Ted and his program and can't wait to get the next 40 pounds off and get really fit and back to the way I was over a decade ago. I walk and move so much better. He knows how to train well and I definitely recommend! Thank you Ted for being my friend and being YOU!
