Horrible customer service. I left a voice mail and email the relationship manager many times for my gst rebate form no reply. My notary also followed up numerous times but no reply. I’m currently still waiting for my gst rebate form but cannot get a hold of anyone.

I am angry with this company , Because after working with Cressey for many years, i am disappointed. They use agents like me when the market was normal and ignored me when the market is hot. I am discussed with them and the way the operate recently. Unfair, uncalled for,

Cressey owns units in our building and we’ve been having issues with the units smoke alarm chirping for 6 days straight, someone came to β€œchange it”. It still chirped. They came again. It still chirps!!! The strata for our building had emailed all owners (which would include Cressey as they own a number of the units) and told them it is not low batteries. The smoke alarms are expiring and need to be REPLACED once they start chirping. Obviously Cressey is not replacing theirs and it has been causing annoyance to neighbours for well over 2 weeks now, not to mention that a now faulty smoke alarm is left in a unit of theirs. Shows how much they care about safety in the building/units they own. A new smoke alarm costs $25-$50 for minimum 7 years of life. Nothing compared to the minimum $1500 you rent that unit per month, Cressey.

I find Cressey Development to be thoughtful and forward-thinking. They take an active approach to being an active member of each community they build in. Strongly recommend.

These people are slumloards with a different name. They were Narcel properties then Arcadia and now they're Cressey. All their properties are run down, have serious pest control issues and dirty. All their managers are rude and will not give you service for repairs, maintenance or anything. If you value your peace and want to live in a home, do not use Cressey.

Horrible inconsiderate developer. Units are cheaply made and when they build another building next door, the noise from their excessive construction noise intrudes inside the units. Lack of consideration for neighbouring building when doing construction. Especially starting excessive heavy construction at 7 am, then don’t do anything else for rest of the day. Much better developers out there that build better quality buildings that have better noise dampening in the units with better quality and design.

Cressey has the most terrible quality of build out of all of the projects I have purchased. They rush to obtain occupancy permit and they set completion date prior to completing all the final details of their project. The quality and finishings are absolutely terrible, with incomplete culking, flimsy countertops, dirty carpets, broken shelvings, malfunctioning locks.. You name it. Their admin staff responsible for paper works are almost impossible to find. They are very slow and inefficient. Their sales associates are full of lies and inaccurate information. I will never buy a single Cressey project again no matter where it is. It is my worst experience EVER and until now I have never written a negative review.
