J	Ju VSE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad business run in a busy area of town, due to poor policies set in place and terrible management from owner doc Robert Love. If you disagree with how he runs his circus, he will ban you from his clinic on a whim. What a bloody joke!

The front desk staff are really nice and welcoming. Sure they get super busy but it's like that in most doctor offices.
R	Rick Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary care given (by Dr. Love) over the last 15 yrs and more so due to knee surgery recently. I never knew that 'meds' were so complicated. It's a real puzzle / riddle making it all work when you have 5 things wrong with you that require 5 different types of meds. Hats off to Dr Love and the young ladies at the desk who are diligent and accomodating. Regards, Rick
N	Nicole Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to call to cancel an appointment and I can never reach the receptionist, the message is always "call back at a later time." I happened to finally reach them on the day of the appointment to cancel. it only took about 10 of those messages ?. and they're still charging the $35 last minute cancelation fee although I've been trying to call. I understand why this policy is here for a reason but is it the patient's fault that they couldn't cancel an appointment 24hrs before an appointment if they can't even reach the front desk. When I spoke to the receptionist her reasoning was "you just have to keep calling until you reach us" thanks, as if I wasn't trying to do that already
J	JC iPartyU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Cheah used to be my GP and he's a very friendly doctor that I had been seeing for a great many years. However, since his hours were cut at this clinic, I've reluctantly had to resort to seeing Dr. Love instead, especially because the former is not a qualified TPI practitioner. I recently discovered (years later) that I had been injected with a placebo the entire time I've been receiving TPI, rather than cortisone shots, which is the actual medicine I should have been receiving. No wonder why no improvement was ever experienced over a span of months of visitations. Dr. Robert Love is such a bloody scammer! He should be sued and have his license revoked. I hope he retires soon and shuts down this trash medical practice. Manipulated patients like me deserve better.

Most recently My pharmacy has had to resent prescriptions back to the office FIVE TIMES and they had to give me Emergancy medicine twice! I’m his clinic has sent blank prescriptions, information cut off. I don’t know if the admin ladies are aware but medication is used to keep people safe?. I can tell by the accent when I call it’s a specific woman (not all of them) if I had to guess it was the newest hire. Someone should be fired that’s for sure….
