The staff provided a courteous service.
The doctor was careful about my medical history and made sure that he covered all basis.
I would totally recommend this clinic to anyone.

β β β β β I find it odd that a lot of low reviews. Every time I come here, everyone is very attentive and approachable. The doctors and receptionist are concise and friendly. I recommend this place.

β β β β β Receptionist ignored my phone calls and when I asked her why she said she got my messages but didnβt feel like responding. Then she said she didnβt get them because her phone wasnβt working right, then she said she didnβt get them because her computer and printer were not working. I called 9 times today, left various messages on more than one day and received no response. She hung up on me, said she owns the place, said she doesnβt have to respond to calls she doesnβt want to, and interrupts patients. Very unprofessional ever since the pandemic. I have been going here for 10 years or so and was treated like garbage.

β β β β β I like that the location and that I can get appointments fast when I need, the doctors are all very nice and helpful but most of all I have had experience with 2 doctors and both listened to all I had to say before providing me with their own medical opinion. Having a pharmacy on site makes it even easier, more specifically that one time they needed the doctor to clarify my prescription and he came out and explained.

β β β β β I hate to do this but they have not been operating professionally during the pandemic.
When they are open no one picks up the phone. They said they had sent my form for coverage out weeks ago and had never sent it. They only returns calls when they feel like it and when I asked about a PAP test which I have always had there they just said βCanβt help ya there.β They could at least explain how their operations have changed and communicate better with patients. I have always liked Dr. Fisher and the receptionist but it is not being managed well at all right now, causing dire circumstances in many patients life.

β β β β β This is by far one of the best walk-in clinics I have been to in Vancouver (both in person and over the phone). Some days it was a little difficult to get through by phone and I was unable to leave a message due to it being full but well worth the wait. I have been helped by Dr. Dickey and by Dr. Norman T. Tong who are both amazing. They are amazing because they actually listened to what I was saying and helped me with no hesitation (you expect this from doctors but it is hard to come by). I am very grateful for these doctors alongside the staff working at this clinic, specifically for their professionalism and for the their help in improving my quality of life. I sincerely thank you all!
