K	Karl Daclan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service... I went to the place twice and we came at 5:30pm (for they close at 6:30pm)for my son's haircut but they turn us down. NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS, I would not recommend.

Then right after you need to get into another line to get the cut. Requests for tip immediately after... (disrespectful to ask) Tips are for if the customer is satisfied and should not be mandatory.

The issue wasn't the price, but rather the barber's attitude when he told me to "just take a seat first" twice when I went in and when I came back from a 30s phone call outside to find my spot taken by the person right after my number. Like why say "please" right? It's not like they taught you that in kindergarten, or the fact that you're in Canada! Now, after the confrontational "why did you go out?" instead of "sorry I had to give away your spot because you went out when it was your turn", here came the best part when the 5 min job was done (I simply had my hair cut short) . "Did you pay your tips?" He asked. "Usually it's 2 to 5 dollars." He kindly added. Hurray for this country where tips have been taken for granted, good or horrible service alike.
K	Kona Coffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have my hair cut there in the past two years.However, the service deteriorated since a tall male barber joined their team two months ago.Like all barbers,he asked how you like your cut but cut your hair ignoring all your requirement and rushed for tips. Won't come there again!
A	AL BUN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place if you're expecting a $10 haircut. A $10 haircut that is not going to be super stylish, but quick, simple and clean. Other people pointed out the bad styles and non-existent customer service - how do you really expect all these when you're getting a haircut that's less than the minimum wage. The place is usually packed on weekend as many people do recognize the value you get. If you go here wanting and expecting a $10 haircut, you won't be disappointed.

My last stylist spent a lot of effort throwing shade about his past and current employers and had all these excuses to remove as little hair as possible. After 2 weeks it was pretty apparent that he didn't know to cut hair and my otherwise simple hair style feels like a helmet on my head because it was never thinned down enough, just edge trimmed to shape.
