Very helpful staff, they recommended the TE3000 and I am glad I took it. Good prices, great service, nice to deal with a local small business instead of the big box rental centers

Dropped it off on a Saturday, and picked it up the following week. No nonsense. I paid the price they quoted me, and the machine is working like new.

Quick service, good advice and better prices than the box stores. Always good to support local small business. These folks are my first choice for tool rental.

I picked the sprayer up a few days later after the electrician was done with the lift - Able showed me exactly how to use the sprayer, as it was my first time using one. The lift was picked up on time after we were done with it, and all of the billing is correct. Best prices in Burnaby, great equipment, helpful people - thanks!

My first experience many years back was with a Bobcat that got a flat tire while I was levelling a back yard. It was a Saturday afternoon and they arranged for Big O Tire on Edmonds to replace the tire for me. Downtime was limited to a little over an hour which is amazing for a Saturday afternoon. Not sure who's fault the flat was but they didn't even charge me a penny extra. Absolutely the best experience ever. Never been anywhere else since.

Tools I needed were in stock and in working condition, staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out quickly during pickup and return. The only issue I'd have is the lack of parking onsite and metered parking on the street. Fortunately, it's not a busy road so that helps.

He just kept telling me he doesn't understand what I'm try to do!!! I asked for a mitre saw that would cut 5" x 13". Somehow he couldn't relate to that!!! He kept going on and on is that 13" high, we have no mitre date that cuts 13" high, this is ridiculous what you want. I told him you wouldn't cut it it that way, you would lay it down so it's 5" high, 13" wide. I finally just hung up the phone and called another rental store.
