★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a small fleet of trucks for my landscaping business and I decided to try Napa auto parts as I have been getting frustrated dealing with Lordco's terrible customer service and confusing website. A young man named Harry helped me and was quick to find the parts I needed and even explained to me their brake pads designed for fleet vehicles which lordco has never offered to me. Will be returning Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad is one of the nicest and most helpful guys. I needed something on Christmas Eve of all days and he set everything in place to get my part in from another store. Can't beat that kind of service.

Employee stated "I told you we close at 5 to. They don't pay us to stay open"
