Web design very good. Enabling quick navigation to my exact screen replacement. Attached video was also very helpful. Parcel very securely package for maximum protection as well as very prompt delivery. From damaged on the Tuesday, to fix on the Friday. Doesn't get much better.

Decent company to work with, ships fast and packages well. The only issue is with product substitution. Don't expect to get the same make and model of screen that you specify. You'll probably get something that fits with same or similar specs from a different manufacturer. It's fine if you want a replacement screen, but not when you're trying to upgrade your screen to something better.

Replacement screen arrived earlier than the predicted date. It was the correct part and of equal quality to what I had. The packaging was well done (doubled up bubble bags inside box). Installation was easy and straight forward. Would recommend LaptopScreen to anyone.

Pretty fast delivery, very well packaged (each individual screen was wrapped in bubble wrap envelopes), and easy to purchase correct screen replacement online (they show all options, and let you search by laptop model). Would definitely buy again if needed!

Fast service. A place you can trust. I replaced my faulty screen from my Toshiba laptop. It was delivered fast (I live in Puerto Rico) and in three days it was in my home. It fitted perfectly. Not too difficult to replace. I am very happy whit this purchase.

Had a cracked LCD on a laptop which was rejected as a warranty case by the manufacturer. They offered to replace it for $400 which I refused. Instead I found the LCD on LaptopScreen for $100 including international shipping and VAT and replaced it myself in about 20 minutes. It was sent from their polish warehouse and arrived 5 days later in perfect condition and packaged in a way that I would have no problem throwing it around, even knowing there was an LCD inside. I even received an offer for a $20 refund in exchange for recording of the process, unfortunately I had already changed the LCD at that point. My only complaint - which is not enough to subtract a star in my book - was that shipment confirmation and track'n'trace email actually arrived several hours after I had already received the LCD itself. Would gladly buy again without hesitation

Ordered a replacement screen for an MSI Laptop. On the positive side, the screen shipped very quickly and in my case, was the OEM identical panel for a great price. Unfortunately, the panel that arrived had hot pixel damage in 3 of the 4 corners of the panel. While the customer service representative I spoke to was very helpful, the RMA process itself could use a bit of improvement in my opinion. They offer hassle free immediate shipping (before the confirmation of return) for panels damaged during transit. In these cases, they also do not require the return of the defective panel. (Great policy!) However, in my case I was required to return the damaged panel before the shipping of the new one. My critique of the process as a customer would be that in either instance, I was shipped a defective panel. To me, a panel was damaged by the courier, or in this case had manufacturing defects are one in the same and should have the same RMA process. Especially, since in some instances this may affect when the return panel gets to the customer. I was informed the panels are tested prior to shipping, which is great. The issue with my particular pixel defect is the fact it's not readily apparent on a black background, so simply powering on the panel may not be enough to detect it. It requires viewing on the color gamut of the panel for it to be apparent. I do not know what sort of testing is done prior to the panels shipping, however. To end on a positive note, the Customer Service Rep agreed to one day ship the new panel to me which was awesome. Once it gets to me and I can install it, I hope to update this review accordingly.
