For me, yes, they have office supplies and good variety but they need to change something because sometimes I get so bored seeing you same store I saw 20 years ago.
A	Ads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to use the printing service which is very good! Just email to their address which replies to you with a unique code to punch in and no storage device or USB stick required. They also offer shipping accessories - tape, scissors etc. The store also is a hub for postage drop off which makes it very convenient. The staff member wasn't great to be honest, instead of helping me just handed a flyer when they weren't busy which I thought was kinda rude. I like their approach to being COVID friendly, there is hand sanitizer and wipes everywhere which is refreshing to see. The store itself is huge, but to be honest seems bare and empty with hardly any products for sale.
M	Ms-M Gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is against print store employee Mackenzie. SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM. So rude. I asked for a quick print job that would take literally 15 SECONDS to do and she refused because she said she was “busy”. She wasn’t. She was literally standing there and I observed her gossiping with coworkers a few minutes before, and also saw her standing around doing absolutely nothing for the 15 mins I was in the store. My 15 SECOND project couldn’t get done today because of this rude child. Not going to be coming back to this store again. She is a joke of an employee.
A	Andres Jaramillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude store manager, worst customer service. We had an issue with the quality of a product we bought at this store. Today, Sunday at 4:00 pm (empty store), we asked for a refund or an exchange the manager just simply did not care to even try to help. Not only that he was not able (or did not want) to help but he was plain rude, disregarding our situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I’d rather drive to another store than enter this store or recommend it to anyone. I hope someone at staples reads this so that they give some customer training to the store manager.

He said, he would be able to help me because he need to clear the store and they’re closing soon. I went to self-printing machine, and my card wasn’t working. The guy whom I asked for help was talking and laughing to another employee in front me. I asked him for the help again, but the other employee came to help me. Don’t know his name, it starts with ‘A’ and he’s short and Chinese guy with specs.

As I walked into this Staples, an employee under the name of "Elise" was extremely helpful. Not only did she guide my through the adventure of finding my needed inventory, she also rung me up quickly just as I found what I wanted. We ended up making some conversation and I told her I was struggling with some finances. Elise must have been an empath because she actually went the extra mile and gave me the products for free! Very kind employees, great service.

I didn’t try printing there in the recent years , so I don’t know how the customer service level is in theses jobs. But they are helpful while trying to find materials that you want.
