★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in looking for a quality desk chair for my wife. The salesman was very helpful and explained the different options available very well. He took a good bit of time with us and we didnt feel pressured at all. We ended up with one of the lower priced chairs out of the range we tried because it fit my wife the best. He made a call to the factory to double check our choice of fabric was available. The salesman was open and honest about the pros and cons of different options for example mesh vs padded fabric construction. The chair was ordered and came within the expected time frame and fits our needs perfectly.

He actually encouraged me to take my time and do my research and come back if I wanted. They have a lot of different chairs at different price points, and John took me through all of them with great detail. Thanks for your help. I'm very happy with my new office setup! I recommend this place to anyone.

If your company is in need of a top class business to outfit your firm with furniture I would not hesitate to call Impact. With upcoming events my company expanded within our building location and was assured deadlines were going to be met, Impact delivered that promise. I had custom furniture fitted into our building after discussion of lead times and measurements were taken by Impact. They always confirmed everything with me including blueprints and order acknowledgments as I like to be involved which was great. Beyond anything else I was impressed they had offered me rental workstations for our expanded area which was delivered and installed/removed by their team who I thought had a professional presence. This allowed our employee’s to get back to work temporarily until the final product arrived. At the finish of things I was glad to have done business, therefore thank you once again everyone at Impact Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randy at Impact Office supplied our company with free space design planning and free colour renderings of what our floor would look like to the best of the design we had discussed at length.
The cubicles and sit stand desks all arrived within the time they had specified and were delivered and installed 2 weeks after the original date no fault on Randy or Impact Office as they stored the furniture for us as construction on our floor was not ready at the time we had hoped.
After the installation was complete they came back and did a fabulous job of showing the workings of the sit stand desks and chairs we purchased to all the staff, I can't say enough of the professional install team this company has and the way they supplied everything from start to finish.
Highly recommend this company for their knowledge on ergonomic sit stand workstations and cubicles! Thanks again Randy I hope if and when we need to expand again your services will be available.
