S	Sarah Thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, service was supposed to be next day but took a week. Half my order was missing, returned to collect and still didn't receive a complete order. Assistance for customer service was rude and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from Walmart again.

D	D H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered photos and got confirmation for pick up the following day. We went to the photo centre to pick them up only to be told they could not be found. We spent an hour waiting around for staff to locate our photos. After waiting, we were told they couldn't locate them and to go to customer service to ask for a refund. Customer service then tells us they would issue a refund but for 15 cents less (arbitrary number?) And then changed their mind and said the photos were never delivered because of the snow....it only started snowing today and we're confused how digitally delivering photos would be effected by snow?!! The staff at Walmart could not issue is a refund and directed us to a call centre instead. So in total, we spent well over 2 hours just to finally get a refund and no photos. This is the 2nd time Walmart has let us down...not doing that again.
D	Dean Haley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I implore you not to use this service! Their print area is always a mess whenever I've used them in the past. However this past order has made them unusable for me in the future. Their system emailed me saying "Ready for Pickup" so I went in and stood there waiting for them to bumble around a mess of packages trying to find my print. First they said "It's not in our system". Then they said it might be in their receiving area. Eventually they couldn't find it, and then said they could print it in-house in the same size (note: I asked multiple times if they could do it in the size I had sent the order in for, because the image was sized that way). When I got a hold of the file to have them print it again in-house, it turns out they can only do it in larger sizes in a different aspect ratio. So now I have to find some other shop to print it on short notice all because this Walmart has no system to organize their incoming shipments. Basically wasted many hours standing around at Walmart with no recourse other than calling some unresponsive call centre. I'm going to have to issue a credit card chargeback just to get my money back.
