★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day I was helped by the associate in make up section named, I think Wander, she is fantastic. Not only did she helped me find an affordable make up setting spray but she even offered some advice/tricks on how my makeup specifically eye shadow will last for a whole day. Honestly my experience with her was absolutely wonderful and informative. I love her make up too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have employees who do not respect the customer and do not give him room to speak. They treat them badly, they lack respect, good treatment, and kindness. They do not know how to talk and deal. I have never seen such treatment before. I could not continue shopping because they made me angry and I went out .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the pharmacy on Sunday (Sept 5) to see if they got my requisition for a hepatitis A & B vaccine shot from my doctor's office. The lady I spoke to was really nice and told me to come by on Tuesday (Sept 7) to get the shot. When Tuesday came, something came up so I called the pharmacy to see if I can go there the next day. The man on the phone said it was perfectly fine and that I can come between 11am-7pm on Wednesday (Sept 8) so I could get my shot. So I went on Wednesday at around 3:15pm. I waited and waited, had an unpleasant experience with one rude pharmacist, until she (finally) handed me off to a nicer younger Asian lady who was very nice and helpful. She administered the shot and let me go. Will ask for her name next time I see her because she was very pleasant. I was out there at 3:50pm. I'm rating this 5 stars because as much as I didn't like that one pharmacist's rudeness towards me during the beginning, the other one made up for it. Will be coming back in a month for my second shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an apple gift card for spend $50 get 5000 points . I have bought the gift card before at shoppers. I asked the cashier if it shows the bonus she said after I pay but it didn’t show. I showed her the gift card promo she said at no frills only so I asked to return it . She said no and even put a final sale stamp in front of me after I asked. She refer me to someone else .They should be able to void the sale. I worked as a cashier before. She said to reach out to customer service it took a long time for someone to reply to me when they did they won’t honour it . I only bought the card to get the points . I’m really not happy I have been a customers for a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever if you're trans. I'm literally picking up my testosterone prescription and they misgender me on multiple occasions. Then, they sold me the wrong serynge when I said multiple times what I need. They asked me to re-do the long line up just so I can get a refund, only to call me by my dead name in front of everyone to get my attention. Staff should learn about trans rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand the location of this Shopper’s is a bit complicated. But really??? (March 18) I was standing at the beauty aisle looking at mascaras and also pulling out my phone looking at reviews of the potential product I was going to buy… and the security guard was SUPER OBVIOUS about following me, looking specifically at me (when I was at empty aisle), I notice and turn around he then turns away. I understand he’s doing his job but that’s not how it should be. Terrible, the old security guard was better. This one should get some more training.
