★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional dentists and assistants; friendly reception staff. I've had trouble with my health insurance in the beginning, but now everything runs smoothly. This is the first dental centre I've been to as an adult with my own paid insurance, and I plan on booking services here for a long time. Very central area as well, easily accessible via transit. Some services aren't covered by my health plan, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been coming here for years and have never been dissapointed! After many sessions of teeth cleaning, filling, and straightening (my teeth were horrendous before coming here lol) My teeth looks and feels SO much better from before and now im able to show my smile with no shame =) Thanks again to Dr Mok and his team! A very clean and professional office setting coupled with friendly smiles and knowledgeable staff! Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your dental assistant has a sick sense of humor. Does she always laugh at people when they're in pain? A professional medical practitioner would have reprimanded - not defended - that kind of behavior.
Formal complaints filed with the appropriate agencies. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for years and, having had some bad work done at other places in the past, really want to say this is the best dental office around. Dr. Ng is incredibly good at her job, takes her time to provide first-rate work, and makes you feel comfortable with her skilled hands and demeanour. She's also super personable, takes time to get to know you, and remembers details from long-ago conversations you wouldn't expect anyone to retain. The staff and others, all the way from the front desk to the assistant and hygienists are fantastic too, and it's clear everybody is careful about covid safety measures. All in all it's always a pleasant experience coming in (as pleasant as going to the dentist can be) and I'll be planning to keep coming back here as long as I'm in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely say that this is such a great dentist that I have been to, I never have been to any other one and I probably wouldn't be able to find one that is good as this one. All the people that has and have work there and is apart in the Dental clinic health care team in Commercial station has done an absolute great job, I'm very pleased and happy with every appointment I have gone to!!! All the receptionist, dentists, dentist specialist, dental assistant, dental hygienists and everyone else gives so much effort and care to people not only with our teeth and gums but also with communication and allowing them to feel comfortable. I would also say how I love the chairs and the way it is so organized when I walk in and I definitely love while you are getting your teeth cleaned, there is a nice view. I love talking to many of the dentist and saying hello and asking how they are doing :)) I have seen many great qualities such as patience, organization, attention to detail, I would definitely like to say thank you to this dental Centre, because without them my teeth would have gone really bad and I would have many many cavities and rotting teeth. They are really good when it comes to communication as they respond very well, and if you have a specific day and time you would only be available for that date, they will make time for you.
