Best Pharmacy in Canada

I	Ian Strand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy here is brutal. My 2 year old daughter got out of surgery and needed urgent eye drops. The pharmacist assistant was literally holding the eye drops in her hand and I asked her if there’s any way to expedite the process. All I received was a blank look. You’d think there’d be a way for people to expedite urgent medications. I’ll never use this pharmacy (or store, beyond the Canada Post outlet) again.
L	L P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shoppers, except for the pharmacy. The pharmacy is the worst you could ever go to. Disorganized, and chaotic. The phone is never answered (or they pick it up and hang up), prescriptions are late or not bothered to be filled. Don't even bother having a Dr fax your prescription. A 'relief' staff member there lied to my Dr about my prescription being filled the day before my international flight. When I went there (after it taking two weeks to process) another staff member looked for 30 minutes and then got the pharmacist on staff to look only for him to say it wasn't filled and to wait while he served a line of other people. The pharmacist didn't bother following up with me, so i guess I will have to pay for my prescriptions out of country due to their inconsiderate, apathetic, mismanaged, blundering.

The cashier supervisor (I believe her name was Shreya) assisted me with the refund and ensured that I was satisfied with all of the deals available in the store. She expedited the entire check-out process and ensured that there was no long queue at the check-out.

Very slow and the staff either give out inaccurate info or you'll be talked down to by the manager. They have random displays in places that are so annoyingly in the way during a pandemic it's kind of shocking. Tight squeeze to exit store where customers bottle neck.
W	W D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to fill a prescription there today urgently and this was the closest place next to the urgent care centre that’s open late at night. Ishaan (sorry if I misspelled!!) at the pharmacy especially went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the much needed prescription as quickly as possible. The pharmacist himself was to the point but thorough with instructions and very knowledgeable. Super thankful for all their help!
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is purely for the pharmacy. The rest of the store I've never really had an issue, the staff is always kind (5/5). The pharmacy staff is another story. I have been going to this pharmacy for years, however the last few months have been the absolute worst and I finally had enough and changed to a different pharmacy. First, don't try and call them, it will be a waste of your time. I have spent multiple days waiting 30+ minutes on the phone. On two separate occasions the phone was answered, I audibly heard someone speaking in the background and then am hung up on within seconds. Keep in mind, this after being on hold for 30+ minutes... I also brought this up to one of the staff that maybe there was something wrong with their phones and she was extremely rude to me and said, "There's nothing wrong with our phones, we're busy." All I wanted to do was bring something that might be a problem to your attention, the attitude wasn't warranted. Second, I have had issues with them filling my prescriptions in a timely manner, or filling them at all. I even let them know before hand that I would be running out soon and they would know that my medication is important for me to have. I would go to pick it up within a day or two and my medication would still not be ready. I have run out of my medication because they just didn't check their fax machine. It seems like I'm not the only person experiencing this issue and it's probably something that should be addressed..

Pharmacists did not pick up the phone no matter how many times I called, and eventually had to call the post office section of Shoppers to ask them to physically go to the Pharmacists and tell them to pick up the phone. About 30 seconds after i asked this of the post office staff, the Pharmacists picked up my call. I may have not received my medication that day, and it was simply due to the fact that they would not take the time to answer the phone. I do however thank the Shoppers post office staff for being so kind and understanding.
C	Christopher Moltisanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the Pharmacy is ridiculous at this location, the store part is excellent. Great selection of products, usually fully stocked. Everything sells out quickly so everything is always very fresh. Although it is smaller, this location of Shopper's has a much wider selection and much higher quality products than the London Drugs a block West, so sick of the high priced low quality of London Drugs. The Shopper's staff is always nice. And the security guard is nice to look at too. I'm talking about the cute, South Asian Woman.
